MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts. MMA involves techniques from multiple disciplines such as kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian jujitsu.

MMA combines all the techniques from multiple disciplines into an intense physical conditioning class.
Students focus on the striking and wrestling side of MMA, as well as the best ways to implement ground striking. In addition to learning effective self defense techniques, students also obtain a great cardio vascular workout.
Our classes are open to all ages and experience levels, including people wanting a fun and exciting form of fitness training, to athletes looking to further their martial arts training.
