Please note that membership suspensions require at least 2 weeks notice i.e. suspensions can only come into effect 2 weeks from date of notification.
Suspension period
Members can suspend their membership for a period of 1- 8 weeks. Any suspensions longer than 8 weeks (or an indefinite period) will result in cancellation of the membership. If a membership is subsequently resumed at a later date, the current membership rate at that point in time will be applied.  (The current membership rate may be higher than membership rate you were paying prior to the suspension.)
Subsequent cancellation
If you decide to cancel your membership during the suspension period, your suspension will be cancelled from the date of the cancellation notification. A 30 day period (as per below) will then apply before your membership is cancelled. Payments will be direct debited during the 30 day period.

Membership Suspensions
You can suspend for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 56 days. All you have to do is give us a minimum of 14 days notice. You can still train up until the date of your suspension takes effect. Suspensions are available for members who need to temporarily pause their training. To avoid disruption to your membership and billing, please follow these guidelines:
Notice Requirement: Suspension requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior i.e. suspensions can only come into effect 2 weeks from date of notification.
Late Requests: Requests with less than 2 weeks’ notice will not be accepted unless due to a medical or verified emergency (documentation required). Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where an immediate suspension is approved outside these exceptions, a $10 administration fee will apply. Our notice period ensures we can manage memberships fairly for all members and avoid unnecessary disruption to classes and scheduling.

We understand emergencies happen. If your request is due to a verified medical condition or urgent emergency, please provide documentation so we can process your suspension immediately without any fee.

Immediate suspensions are not part of our standard process. In rare cases where they are approved outside of the medical/emergency exceptions, a $10 administration fee will apply to cover additional processing.

No, only EITHER a suspension or a cancellation can be valid at any one time i.e if you submit a suspension request and a separate cancellation request for the same and/or an overlapping period, the cancellation request will take priority over the suspension request.

The suspension start date will not be backdated prior to the date of the medical certificate.

No, we can’t do that. It’s up to you to let us know about any suspensions or cancellations in writing by filling in the forms above at least 14 days before for suspensions and 30 days
before for cancellations. After that, the fees can’t be refunded.

Please speak to the relevant instructor for that day as we often arrange alternate training times for public holidays.

No, as a strict condition of membership, members must not park in any spots within the complex. This includes parents/chaperones dropping off or picking up students. Failure to comply will result in your car being towed and your membership being cancelled.
