No, only EITHER a suspension or a cancellation can be valid at any one time i.e if you submit a suspension request and a separate cancellation request for the same and/or an overlapping period, the cancellation request will take priority over the suspension request.

Suspension period
Membership suspensions require at least 14 days notice* i.e. suspensions can only come into effect 14 days from the date of notification.  Members can suspend their membership for a period of 7- 28 days. Any suspensions longer than 28 days (or an indefinite period) will result in the cancellation of the membership. If a membership is subsequently resumed at a later date, the current membership rate at that point in time will be applied.

* An exception to this rule is permitted where the member is suffering from injury or illness. In such cases, a request for an immediate suspension needs to be accompanied by a medical certificate stating that the member is unfit for physical activities due to injury or illness”. Upon receiving the medical certificate, the member may suspend their account for a maximum period of 28 days starting from the date the medical certificate was issued. The suspension start date will not be backdated prior to the date of the medical certificate.

Please contact us via email at info@integratedcombatcentre.com.au if you wish to apply for a medical suspension. Such requests cannot be processed automatically on our website forms.

Subsequent cancellation
If you decide to cancel your membership during the suspension period, your suspension will be canceled from the date of the cancellation notification. A 30 days notice period (as per below) will then apply before your membership is canceled. Payments will be direct debited during the 30 days notice period.
