About Aaron Nicastri
Aaron has been completely hooked on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since he first witnessed it’s game changing introduction and swift domination of the world of MMA fighting. His passion and drive to master the sport has led him on a life journey of training, competing and teaching.
It came as no surprise to his trainers, his peers and his soon to be wife that the next logical stage in his BJJ journey was announce that he wanted to open his own gym. In 2020 Aaron and the ICC team opened Integrated Combat Centre Canterbury. The Gym caters to all ages and levels and runs a variety of classes.
Aaron is thrilled to be able to bring his passion for the sport to his community and continue to learn while teaching.
He has been involved in the kids programs for several years and assisted teaching adults in the build up to running his own facility. Aaron holds a black belt in BJJ
Outside of the gym, Aaron is interested in gaming, nerd culture, music, performing arts and business.
