Don’ts:

  1. Use martial arts to intimidate or bully others.
  2. Show disrespect or lack of discipline towards your instructor or fellow students.
  3. Skip warm-ups or cool-downs, as it can increase your risk of injury.
  4. Use improper techniques or form, as it can lead to injuries or ineffective practice.
  5. Over-train, as it can lead to physical and mental fatigue or burnout.
  6. Compare yourself to others or expect to progress at the same rate.
  7. Neglect hydration or push through injuries.
